Order Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.  During seasonal times like Black Friday or Christmas, order processing could take up to 5 business days.  We appreciate your patience while your order is being prepared.  

Shipping times

Please allow 7-10 days to receive items after printing.  

Once items are shipped for delivery, we cannot be responsible for United States Postal Service (USPS) delays with deliveries.

Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

We provide real time tracking information on all of our orders.  If your order does not arrive by the estimated date, please wait 48 hours before contacting us at camsteesandthings.com.  We will do our best to locate the package and extend timeframe for refunds or returns for defective or damaged items.with a return packing label to ship the items back to us, and will send you new products upon the receipt of the old items immediately.  

• All items must not be unwashed, unworn, unused with attached tags to receive an exchange of items or refund.
